What information do I need to provide for a customized chip test socket?
For the customization of chip sockets, there are several points we need to understand:
1. Purpose of chip test socket Socket:
First we need to understand the purpose of the socket: testing, aging or burning?
2. If it is used for performance testing, should it be used as a test socket or a test fixture?
1) The test socket is where the customer lays out the PCB according to our socket layout diagram.
2) The test fixture is designed by us based on the customer’s existing PCB board and equipped with a test socket.
3. Required information and test parameters
Chip specification
1) The following parameters must be included: pin spacing, chip size, thickness, etc.
2) Test parameter indicators: temperature, frequency, current, voltage, etc.
The aging seat also needs to provide the aging duration
