Cleaning and maintenance of chip test socket
After the IC test socket is used for a period of time, some tin slag or dust will remain on the needle tip, which will cause unstable testing;
You can use an anti-static brush, dip it in anhydrous alcohol, and gently brush the probe to remove any residue. If possible, you can use an air gun to blow the socket probe area.
Better results;
(Note: Do not use plate washing water, because the plate washing water will react with the gold-plated layer on the surface of the probe, affecting the test stability)
