1. Requirements: Based on the original 10G optical communication PCIE card motherboard, make a DDR96 ball dual-chip test socket that can turn on and off normally and realize communication signal data interaction, and use professional software to conduct data interaction experiments.

2. Analysis:

1. Analyze the mainboard structure of the 10G network card and determine whether the installation of the test socket is feasible? If this is not feasible, other solutions need to be considered to complete the conduction;

2. Understand the performance of the chip and the motherboard, and see what level of design the test socket needs to be in order for the chip to run normally on the motherboard;

3. Is dual-chip testing of DDR96 feasible?

4. Due to the diversity of incoming materials, there are high requirements for chip size compatibility;

3. Product production and materials:

1. 2pcs of motherboards are provided. 2pcs are intact and can be used. The motherboards must be tested before production and then disassembled;

2. Testable chips: 3~5pcs, used for testing after production is completed;

3. As analyzed above, the mainboard space is just enough to place the dual-chip test socket, but the position of the main control CPU next to it has a little interference. A corresponding adapter board needs to be made to make up for this space. After welding the adapter board, tighten the screws to fix the test socket. 4. The chip of DDR96 is a DDR3-16bit chip, and the working frequency is not high, so there is not much requirement for high frequency; however, there are strict requirements for equal length and signal integrity, and you need to use probes with corresponding performance to contact;

5. Make the ok assembly, and perform the necessary startup and performance testing to confirm that it is ok;
