2. Analysis:
1. Analyze the structure of the motherboard and determine whether the installation of the test socket is feasible? If this is not feasible, other solutions need to be considered to complete the conduction;
2. Understand the performance of the chip and the motherboard, and see what level of design the test socket needs to be in order for the chip to run normally on the motherboard;
3. Whether each major interface needs to be transferred out of the scope of the fixture structure;
4. Avoidance design for some tall components;
3. Product production and materials:
1. Provide 2pcs of motherboards, one original board for comparison and one original board for chip removal;
2. Testable chips: 3~5pcs, used for fixture production and testing;
3. Plan the main body design of the fixture, analyze the test socket position, panel avoidance, interface avoidance and transfer based on the surface components of the motherboard, and make a good design; and arrange CNC processing;
4. Analyze chip and motherboard parameters, understand the circuit structure, chip power pins, high-speed and high-frequency signals, etc., and design an adapted test socket;
5. Make the ok assembly, and perform the necessary startup and performance testing to confirm that it is ok;
