1. Actual requirements:

5. Test requirements: QFP package, 128Pin, 0.4mm pitch, body size 14*14mm, foot size 16*16mm, working frequency 300Mhz, power supply less than 100mA. Mainly used for programming and chip reliability testing;
2. Requirements analysis: First is the aging test, which is a 30-hour test at room temperature of 30°C. This can be integrated into debugging and regular testing, and then there is a commercial-grade test at -45~125°C for 100 hours. This needs to be based on the design of the test socket. Drawings are used to design the aging test board; secondly, for burning purposes, debugging and adjusting the corresponding decoding functions, burning codes, and upgrading its chip functions;
3. Production: Based on the above requirements and rough analysis, we need to match the materials corresponding to the requirements, and process and assemble them. A QFP128 portable system processor test socket that can be used for the three needs is completed.
4. After production is completed, all dimensions of the test socket will be inspected for quality, and each dimension marked on the drawing will be strictly inspected. Once confirmed, the test socket can be assembled; finally, the chip sample will be used for the final matching test of the test socket, and it can be shipped if it passes the test.
