5. Test requirements: BGA641-0.4-12.8*12.8mm ARM core CPU is mainly used for functional testing. The test needs to be tested on the original mobile phone motherboard to test the chip condition of the CPU. The chip frequency is 2GHz and needs to be tested. Once reasonable probe matching is done, corresponding functional testing can be done.
2. Demand analysis: Just match the corresponding chip size and chip test frequency. The power requirements are not high either. The only difficulty is to assemble the test socket onto the mobile phone’s motherboard. There is some solidified black colloid on the mobile phone’s motherboard.
