1. Packaging: DFN packaging
2. Number of Pins: 8
3. Number of grounding connections: 0pin
4. Chip type: heart rate module chip
5. Test requirements: chip signal debugging and burning purposes
3. Demand analysis: The chip is 8Pin, 0.5mm pitch, 1.9*1.95mm size, and is a tiny chip. It requires high processing requirements for the profiling groove of the test socket DUT. There are no special electrical requirements for the chip. It only requires basic debugging. It is a small voltage and current; it should be noted that the distance design of the LED green light on the lower test board and the blue light block on the upper part is because the test needs to fit the heart rate module close to the skin.
4. Production: Use a clamshell structure to simulate the state where the chip sensor is partially attached to the skin, and at the same time form a black box state, because the heart rate module chip mainly transmits green light through the skin (blue block) and then reflects back to the sensor of the chip module. , used to detect how blood pulses work in the skin to confirm the user's heart rate status. Only when the test is produced in this way can it match the tester's requirements.
5. After production is completed, it needs to be tested on the tester's development kit, and then it is OK.
