3. Demand analysis: The WIFI module is not very powerful, so there is no need to consider large current requirements; the chip size does not exceed the size limit of 14*18mm, and the existing test socket structure can support semi-customization; Wifi modules generally have 2.4GHz and 5G The antenna needs to be clearly communicated with the user; automated pressure adaptation communication, the downward pressure of the test socket is 2KG, the user needs to be reminded that attention needs to be paid during automated design and equipment adjustment; there is no high-speed requirement for burning; SOC PCB base material Modules have a common problem of too large dimensional tolerances. At least 10pcs of physical samples need to be retested to confirm the corresponding tolerances before production.

4. Production: Use the existing down-pressure structure test seat main body frame, internal limit and main body probe for rough guide + precise limit to cooperate with ATE testing. The PCB base material module needs to repeatedly confirm the tolerance and do it well. Matching requirements; the condition of the frequency adaptation pin; the adaptation of the pad size and overall dimensions of the stamp hole; repeated confirmation of each step of production;

5. After production is completed, quality inspection will be conducted on all dimensions of the test socket, and each dimension marked on the drawing will be strictly inspected. Once confirmed, it can be assembled; while assembling, 10pcs samples need to be repeatedly manually adapted and verified; assembled at the same time After completion, the same inspection is required. Once all inspection passes are passed, the products can be shipped into the warehouse.
